Install or update the bootloader;
Install or update the FPGA data;
Store, enable and disable a user application;
Display information about the contents of the ROM.

The utility runs on your host PC and generates a C6000 program to update the Flash ROM. You compile and link this program with the TI tools then load and execute it with Code Composer.
